Overview

A complete renovation and interior design project of a 134 m² apartment completed in 2025 over a 10-month period. Inspired by the elegance of Parisian Haussmann architecture, the design combines historic character with modern comfort and a luxury boutique-hotel atmosphere. The project included the restoration of original wooden floors, exposed timber ceilings, bespoke joinery, decorative wall finishes and a complete lighting redesign. Every element was carefully curated to create a cohesive and timeless living environment. Warm walnut wood, natural marble, brass accents, soft neutral textiles and handcrafted decorative details define the interior's distinctive Modern Rustic Luxury style. The open-plan living area, elegant kitchen, master suite and spa-inspired bathroom are seamlessly connected through a consistent palette of materials, textures and lighting.
